Who is thinking about Christmas yet?! Well, I am! Each year in early December, I aspire to send handmade Christmas cards to all of my family and friends. Without a doubt, I never succeed! Making beautiful hand crafted cards can be time consuming and December is usually crazy enough as it is. So, this year I am trying a new approach. I am going to start making my Christmas cards in July and I would love you all to join me! I will be starting a Christmas card club with our first meeting at the end of July. We will meet the 4th Monday of each month in July, August, September, October and November. At each meeting, we will create 8 beautiful Christmas cards. This will give you a total of 40 cards handmade by you and ready to be mailed out in early December! Following are the nitty gritty details:
What you will receive: materials and instruction to complete 8 handmade Christmas cards and 8 coordinating envelopes
When: First Monday of each month
Where: My house on Vermontstrasse on Patch; Bldg 2504, Apt B2
Cost: $12 a month which totals $60 for five months OR $50 for five months when you pay upfront
RSVP: by the second Monday of the month. This is essential as I sometimes need to order extra supplies for a class. I will send out a reminder email each month.
